We had our first Advanced/Intermediate Round Robin play this Sunday morning. We had 10 people signed up for the 8:00am play and although no one was signed up for the 10:00am slot some stayed and played on.
A couple of items that might help when you are booking, or need to cancel.
When you want to make a booking, go to tab "Lessons & Clinics". move down to "Intermediate Play - Round Robin" and select it. A page will open called Our Services, move down to "Advanced/Intermediate" and select it. From the page that opens, select "Book Now". Another page will open asking you select Date and Time, If you don't see a date and time to select, click "Check Next Availablty". Select the time you would like, the time in red is the selected time. If the session is full you will be asked if you want to go on a wait list. If you are on the wait list and someone cancels, the first player on the wait list will move into that session and you will receive an email asking you to confirm you still want in. Once you your time is selected click "Next". A new page will open asking you to fill out your details. This is important under Booking Details select "Book Now" not Add to Cart. Once you select Book Now you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive a confirmation email you are not booked for that session.
If you need to cancel, it must be done at 24 hours in advance. From the menu slider, (3 vertical lines in the upper right), select the drop down beside Hello and your name. From the menu items select "My Bookings". You will see the sessions you are booked to play. Find the round robin play to cancel. In the upper right beside the date and time select the down arrow button. The section will expand and you will see the word Cancel underlined. Select cancel and click yes to confirm. After you confirm it will go back to your bookings and the canceled round robin will be gone.
