Mixed Doubles Tournament Coming Soon!

Tournament Date - Friday, January 19th, 11am - 4pm

Registration opens January 8th at 4pm. See below for instructions.

To Register Your Team: 

1.  Find a partner. You should both play at the same level, and if you do not then the weaker player can play up a level but the stronger player cannot play down a level.

2.  If you can't find a partner you can register for the waitlist  and if we have any cancelations within your level of play, you will be paired with another player should a spot open up.

3. Have your contact information ready for both you and your partner.  (You will need to provide an email and phone number for each player.

4. Only one player on each team registers for both of you.  Click on the BUY TICKETS link. (There is no charge for this event)

5. Choose either the Intermediate Ticket or the Advanced Ticket, based on your level of play. The first 28 players from each level will be confirmed.

6. Choose the quantity - 2 -

7. Click Check Out 

8. Add contact details for each player - Name, email address and phone number 

9. Once complete you will receive a confirmation letter with your ’tickets’ for both players. You do not need to print out the tickets.

• Please note you have 20 minutes to complete your transaction.

• You may view who has registered once you complete your registration.

• If you need to cancel, you can not do so on-line. Please call Linda Chadwell at 602-816-0753. Cancelations inside 48 hours may be disqualified from playing in other tournaments this year.

• Spectators are welcome! Come out and join in the fun.

Please note that the January Social is scheduled to take place immediately after the tournament, at 4:30 pm in the ballroom. Please look for the signup sheets at the courts.
