Waitlists

Hi all - we seem to be having an issue with some members being able to book a session on the waitlist when the session or event is full. I am trying to get this resolved with Wix (the software developer) but until that time, please email me directly if you are having problems and I will put you on the applicable waitlist. dianalyons1@gmail.com

Also, there have been a few instances where the waitlisted people are showing up to the session thinking they have been confirmed. Please read your notifications carefully. And if yo don't get a reminder the day before that you are confirmed into the session, then you probably are on the waitlist or your booking didn't go through.

New systems are always challenging to adapt to and I would like to thank all of yo for your patience as we work through the issues.
