New for 2025/2026 Season (PDF Link of this document)
For the 2025/26 season all members who want to participate in the Round Robins at any level will need a Signup Genius account. These are simple to sign up for. Linked here are the step by step instructions to walk you through the process. Also, there will be an IT help table with support at the first social in November. Just bring your cell phone to get help.

You cannot sign up for an account as “anonymous”. This eliminates the club’s ability to effectively track who is playing in Round Robins.

You will be able to sign up only yourself. No one else. Multiple people being signed up by a person has caused confusion and too many players showing up for Round Robins this season.
It will be the individual’s responsibility to delete themselves from a Round Robin not administrators. It’s simple to do if you have an account.
Changes to High Intermediate and Advanced Round Robin play at the Mountain Courts ONLY
For the 2025/26 season all High Intermediate and Advanced players who wish to compete in Round Robins at the Mountain Courts will need to add the App “Global Pickleball Network” to their cell phones. The club will purchase the App. Members will then be able to add the App when they arrive next season, free of charge. You MUST set up an account (free) with Global Pickleball Network if you intend to play High Intermediate &/or Advanced Play. Here are the step by step instructions to set up a GPN account. Once you have a GPN Account set up, you'll want to add a shortcut to the website on your phone. Julie has provided a cheat sheet on how to do this for either an Apple or an Android phone. Click here to see the instructions for adding a shortcut to the GPN site to your mobile device.

Some key points about Global Pickleball Network.
This is a rating system relative only to our club. No other rating a member has will be impacted.

During Round Robins, members, playing in High Intermediate or Advanced at the Mountain Courts, will be responsible for entering their scores into Global Pickleball Network. We have tested connectivity at the tennis courts and it is sufficient. There will be a scoring sheet at the courts for reference later if a member forgets their cell phone or forgets to enter a score.
The board will determine what time periods will be used to evaluate ratings and what ratings from Round Robins at the tennis courts will be used for High Intermediate and Advanced. A player’s scores will determine at which level he or she will be playing, High Intermediate or Advanced.

This is just basic information at this time.

Our goal is that your own ability will determine what level you play between High Intermediate and Advanced. Your play and rating will decide that. This system is intended to eliminate bias and ensure a fair level of play for all.
