March 15 Dance - Info

Hello GCRV Pickleball Club:

We are so lucky to have Walter & Joan Fouty host a year end dance for our club. It comes with a lot of work and expense for the Fouty's and we truly appreciate their kindness and generosity in providing such a fun event as we look to wrap up another great season.

The dance will begin at 6:30 pm with the RJ Band - wear your most comfortable dancing shoes 'cause you're gonna be movin', groovin', and shakin' all night long! The dance will go to approximately 9:30 pm (sounds like a great day to have a little nap before you come!) :)

The Fouty's bear the cost of the band, but please bring money for tips for the band!!! The Fouty's are also supplying THREE Kegs of beer (light, medium and dark beer) and a Margarita Keg. It is also highly recommended that you please bring some money to donate towards offsetting the cost of the kegs of beer/margaritas.

When the dance is over, if we could all pitch in to help clean up the Ballroom - this is NOT a park-sponsored event, so clean up is on us!!! Many hands make light work, so please consider staying an extra 10 or 15 minutes to help reorganize the tables, clean up spills, etc.

Remember that March 15 is also our Pickleball Social prior to the dance, so come prepared for a nice evening of food, dance, and camaraderie.
