Pole walking workshop

I know all you active pickleball players might be interested in this. My cousin’s daughter will be here Thursday to present an urban pole walking workshop. She has presented this at the world Parkinson’s conference in Barcelona. Her PT business in Wisconsin focuses on keeping seniors active. I have her poles & Rod Johnson uses the Activator poles. The presentation is at 11 in the ballroom & is free. Hope to see you there. Joy will be hanging out with us for a couple days & will have poles for sale.
