Changes to the way you book online are coming...

Dear GC Pickleball Club Members;

Firstly, thank you for being a Gold Canyon Pickleball Club member. With your support, GCPC is able to provide valuable training and clinics at no cost to you, supply the courts with balls, provide ongoing court maintenance, and host fun and exciting tournaments and social events throughout the season. Not bad for $15 per year!

If you have been actively booking any of the Clubs' round robin seriess or clinics, you may have experienced some issues when booking on the site, which created confusion for some of our members. While we tried to resolve any individual issues, unfortunately, at this time the site application is unable to provide members with the ability to see who has signed up for these sessions, which is an important feature for many of you. So, we will be moving back to SignupGenius.com for club signups to the round robin series and clinics.  

What this means for you - Members can still use the GCP website to access the signup link on the Lessons & Clinics page. Simply go to the page (you will need to be signed in) and click on the clinic or round robin series you would like to join.  That link will take you to the Signup Genius page for that event. Then follow the prompts to make your booking. If you are a regular visitor to Signupgenius.com you will probably already have created a login and password for the site.  Members are encouraged to do so as it can sometimes be difficult to change or cancel a signup without it.

The Book Online tab will disappear on the website as of December 24th and you will no longer be able to book through the FIT app. Bookings made after that date will be on the SignUpGenius site, through the link on the Club’s website. 

Tournaments and Events will still be booked through the website, and you will still receive weekly updates and reminders through the website, so don’t forget to check your inboxes for the latest news. 

Once again we would like to thank you for your ongoing support, and we hope this change helps to improve our members booking experience.
