Hi all - With tomorrows tournament sign-up upon us, I thought I would take this opportunity to remind you of the following;
You MUST be a paid Member for the 2024/25 season to register for the tournament.
Just because you have site access, doesn't mean you have paid. All payments should be sent to Diana Lyons, site 369. All US checks should be made to GC Pickleball Club.

You MUST be logged into our website prior to registering for any tournament.
Go to goldcanyonpickleball.com and look for the red Member Log-in tab at the top right hand corner of the page and make sure you are logged in. If it says Hello (your name), you are logged in.
If you have forgotten your password, click on Forgot Password and you will be sent a new one. I highly recommend doing this well before the registration time as I will be busy ensuring the registration process goes smoothly.
Only Members who have a valid email address can log in and register. If you are sharing your spouses email, you will not be able to log into the site or register for the tournament.
Your spouse can only register one entrant for any tournament.
Once the tournament is full, you will be placed on a wait-list, which is date and time based. If someone cancels prior to the tournament, you will be contacted if your name is next on the list.
If you need to cancel, please refer to Linda's email regarding process. Organizing these tournaments takes a great deal of planning and effort, so if you aren't a 100% sure you can play, please don't register.
If you have a last minute EMERGENCY, please contact Linda directly.
The instructions on the RSVP for this tournament are fairly straight forward. Please read Linda's instructions and the RSVP prompts carefully before you begin.
Remember, there are a limited number of spots available and not everyone will get in, but if you are ready, signed in and have read the instructions, you will have a good chance!
